This is suitable from age 13+ up to any age who has no training to some experienced.
The school’s curriculum provides a great way for women to stay in shape and have fun!
It won’t become dull or routine like gyms because as soon as you get better, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and keep coming back for more!

Our school has 3000 sqft facility, which is fully matted training area.
We have access to changing rooms and kitchen.
We supply all the training equipment from MMA gloves to punch bags.

Do I need to be fit to start this course?
No you don’t. This is perfect place to come along, as we can help you to achieve your goals.
Do I need to do every sessions?
If you can’t make some of them, it is not a problem. We can’t accommodate every persons busy life schedule.
Is there free parking on the site?
Yes we do. We have over 50 free spaces for you to park.
What do I need to wear and bring once I booked my free trial?
You just need to wear your gym clothing and bring a bottle of water and a towel as we provide you all the training gear.
Can I bring my child to the class if I struggle with babysitter?
Yes you can, we have spaces for your child to sit and chill out while you train and keep an eye on them.
