CODE OF CONDUCT
Defence Lab Swindon code of conduct applies to all parents/carers and students at any training session or other event. Its purpose is to promote positive training and to protect students, parents and club staff from unpleasant situations, which may occur.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Defence Lab Swindon are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our participants, children/young people and adults; parents/carers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
